Our team is growing!

 

We are looking for a sales representative for our office in Saint-Lin-Laurentides. His mandate will be to support our customers during the realization of their project while ensuring their complete satisfaction.

 

Main responsibilities :

  • Identify client’s needs and offer them a project that is in their image;
  • Welcome customers who came to the office and answer their questions;
  • Present the different models and their options;
  • Write sales contracts;
  • Keep client records up-to-date.

 

The requirements :

  • Experience in personalized selling services or residential products in a competitive market and sales cycle.
  • B2C sales experience, specifically residential or commercial developments
  • Bilingualism
  • Know how to read plans and techniques quotes
  • Knowledge of the building code (asset)
