Subject to the following conditions, MUC undertakes that you’ll have the monthly payment you’d have with an annual interest rate of 3.99%. If the rate offered is higher, we will pay the difference.

Terms and conditions: Mortgage rate reduction of 1%

  • As long as a preliminary contract has not been completely accepted, MUC may withdraw the offer. The offer applies to the rate in force at the time of complete acceptance of the preliminary contract.
  • The customer must obtain a mortgage from the institution and the persons specifically designated by MUC, namely the National Bank, representative: Myriam Lamarre-Huot.
  • The customer must act very quickly to provide the information required by the bank.
  • The customer must qualify at the rate in force and provide a minimum downpayment requested by the financial institution.
  • No premium (risky credit record, non-resident, CMHC or other) is assumed by MUC.
  • This offer is not transferable.
  • The delivery on foundations must be done before December 31, 2024.
  • The mortgage loan must be a fixed-rate loan, for a maximum amount of $750,000.00, and have a 2-year term.
  • This offer is valid only if it is signed by the customer and by an MUC administrator.
  • This offer is not applicable to sales before December 1st, 2023, sales that benefit from another promotion, Signature Houses, homes in inventory and demonstrators.
  • The amount of the reduction may not exceed $15,000.00.
  • One-year warranty from December 1st, 2023. If the house is not completely finish one year after signing the financing, the promotion will still be effective, but it will be subject to revision according to the rates of the day.
